What we collect
- IMEI, carrier and phone model — to check and unlock the phone.
- Email — to deliver the unlock and answer support.
- Payment: the paying wallet address and transaction for USDC; for cards, only the processor's token and card fingerprint. We never see or store card numbers.
- A one-way hash of your IP address — for rate limits and fraud checks.
- Support chats — kept to answer you and improve answers; card numbers are removed before anything is stored.
Who sees it
The IMEI goes to the check and unlock suppliers needed to do the job. We don't sell data and don't run ad trackers.
How long
Order records are kept for 2 years for refunds, chargebacks and tax. Free checks with no order are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data or have it deleted (except what we must keep for tax or fraud records).
