What we sell
BreakFree Mobile requests carrier unlocks and device reports for phones identified by IMEI, through wholesale unlock providers. We are not a carrier and not affiliated with any carrier or phone maker.
The free check
One free check per IMEI per day. It tells you whether we can unlock the phone and the one price we charge. It is not a full device history; the paid device report is.
Your price
The price shown after the check is the full price. There is no second charge for the same order.
Phones you can unlock
You confirm you own the phone or have the owner's permission. We don't unlock phones reported lost or stolen. We refuse orders that look like bulk resale of financed phones.
Balance-owed phones
An unlock does not pay, cancel or reduce any amount you owe your carrier. If the balance goes unpaid, the carrier can blacklist the phone later and it may stop working on any network. You confirm this before paying for a balance-owed unlock, and we keep that confirmation with your order.
Delivery
Times shown are typical, not guaranteed. iPhones unlock over the air; most Androids get a code by email.
Refunds
See the refund policy. Refunds go to the original payment method. We never issue store credit.
Limits
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
