Flag rates

How many phones are flagged, by carrier.

Phones checked on BreakFree — not the carrier's overall rate. One row per phone (its latest check), live from our check database. A carrier shows a number once 100 phones are behind it.

Flagged = on a blacklist (GSMA), so an unlock wouldn't let it work on another carrier. The reason comes from the check service when it gives one. Blacklisted? The free check shows the legit way to clear it.
