AT&T

Unlock a AT&T phone.

AT&T's own unlock policy

  • Bought more than 60 days ago, and not active on another AT&T account.
  • Paid in full (installment balance zero).
  • Not reported lost, stolen or involved in fraud.
  • Current customers: the bill isn't past due. Non-customers can still request an unlock if the phone meets the rest.

When the carrier unlocks it for free, use that.

If your phone meets AT&T's requirements, ask AT&T to unlock it — it's free. Use us when you can't wait, the phone was bought used, or it doesn't meet the rules yet (for example, there's still a balance).

Our price

iPhone $29 · Android $59 · Android with a balance still owed $79 (a balance-owed AT&T iPhone isn't offered).

Check yours free

We check your phone's carrier lock and blacklist status. Free, no card, one check per phone per day.

Where do I find my IMEI?
  • Type *#06# in the phone's built-in Phone app. It pops up as you type the last # — don't press call.
  • iPhone: Settings › General › About › IMEI
  • Android: Settings › About phone › IMEI (some phones: Status)
  • No luck? It's printed on the SIM tray or the original box.
